1. General Provisions

• The service acts as an intermediary for purchasing Telegram stars
• Only individuals 18+ can use the service
• We may change terms at any time

2. Services

• The service allows users to buy Telegram stars
• Minimum purchase: 50 stars
• All transactions are final

3. Payment and Delivery

• Payments must be made using methods listed during order
• Stars are credited after confirmation
• Delivery time depends on TON network

4. Responsibility

• We are not liable for TON network delays
• Users must provide correct Memo
• We do not guarantee stars availability. If stars are not available at the time of purchase, we will either issue a refund or deliver the stars once they are back in stock

5. Guarantee and Refund

• Refund available if service not delivered due to technical error
• Refund within 10 business days to the same payment method from which the payment was made.
• User may request refund within 14 days via Telegram support
• No refunds if service was delivered in full

6. Restrictions

• Illegal use of service is prohibited
• We may refuse service to any user

7. Confidentiality

We only collect data required to deliver services. No third-party sharing.
